GREATER MANCHESTER HEP C STRATEGY WEBSITE
THE ASSOCIATION OF GREATER MANCHESTER PRIMARY CARE TRUSTS
We were approached by Greater Manchester West Mental Health NHS Foundation, part of The Association of Greater Manchester Primary Care Trusts to design, build and host a new website for the Greater Manchester Hepatitis C Strategy.
The client had seen the websites The Specialists had produced for Yorkshire and the Humber Strategic Health Authority and were so impressed, they got in touch.
The visually striking site is designed within strict NHS guidelines and is built using our fully bespoke content-managed solution allowing the client to update information easily. We also provided full training to the website managers and we are hosting the site.
The website was commissioned by the Strategy specifically to provide information for both healthcare professionals and the public interested in knowing more about hepatitis C and the work of the Strategy.
The information provides local information on hepatitis C including contact details on support groups and hepatitis C awareness and prevention and links through to national sites such as the Hep C Trust and British Liver Trust.
The aim of the strategy is to develop a collaborative and co-ordinated approach to improve hepatitis C services across Greater Manchester to meet the increasing need and demand for services within the population
