YARM SCHOOL

The Specialists have been working closely with independent school Yarm School since 2008 on various marketing communications.

Every year, we produce a magazine style 72 page year book which is packed full of stories and photos of the previous school year. It features school trips to far-off places such as China, Nepal, Germany and America. It also features the many plays the pupils have participated in over the year and logs all the successes and achievements from throughout the year at the school.

The text is provided from teachers and pupils.

We also produce a Development Update which is an eight page newsletter informing of the new and exciting building works that are currently being carried out at the school.

Other projects for Yarm School have included the design and production of a large flexible exhibition stand which allows the school to use it as a whole, or split into banners.

Amongst other projects, we've also provided services for school play promotions such as the programme, posters and tickets.

The Specialists in Communications picked up the top category prize, Class Winner for Magazine of the Year in the CiB (Communicators in Business) Awards 2008 for the Northern regions for the 76 page Yarm School Year book. Magazine we designed and printed.

Yarm School is one of the leading independent schools in the North East of England, situated in the vibrant market town of Yarm, near Stockton on Tees. The school gates lead onto the impressive High Street, which has been voted the best in Britain by the BBC. A beautiful stretch of the River Tees runs through our grounds, at the centre of which is the imposing Friarage building.  From within these spectacular surroundings, Yarm School provides a high quality, all-round education for boys and girls from the age of three to eighteen.
